Healthy Snacks

As part of our unit of inquiry into health and wellbeing, students have been analysing a range of food pyramids. They have developed, adapted or adopted the one that most closely resonates with their beliefs about food and have developed a healthy snack based on this.
Students will be preparing a healthy snack for their classmates next Tuesday. We have five groups so students will be tasting 5 snacks in all. There is a charge of $4 per student to help cover the cost of the ingredients.
The snacks include:
Trio of dips- avocado, tatziki, French onion
Chicken and vegetable soup
Dark chocolate dipped strawberries
Platter
Smoothie
