Train your Brain
I went to a really good training on Neuroscience presented by Donna Nitschke.
The main thrust of the session was related to the need to train our brains to concentrate and resist distraction. Of course this is particularly important for children to achieve excellence in a busy classroom setting. One of the other interesting things that came up was how closely the inability to concentrate is linked to boredom.
